Kingbird Solutions is a small Phoenix studio. One studio, three shelves: playbooks and Claude skills in the shop, studio partnerships on the services bench, and shipped software products under the Kingbird flag. I've spent fifteen years building systems for small teams. This week I put that fifteen years on its own shelf.
I've been sitting on the announcement for a while. Every quarter I found a reason to wait. One more version of the site. One more BuddySOS beat to hit first. One more system to sand down before I'd let anyone else see it.
This week I stopped waiting.
What Kingbird is, in one page
The studio runs on three shelves.
Shop. Playbooks and Claude skills I pulled straight out of tooling I already run for outbound, content, CRM, ops, and review response. The four playbook guides cost $29 each. The Complete AI Business Automation Bundle is $79 for all four. The Review Intelligence & Response Engine is a working Claude skill at $49 launch pricing. It runs six response formulas and an AI-tell humanizer so what you publish doesn't read like a template. Two more skills ship before the end of April: the B2B Sales Pipeline Operating System and the Community Seeding Orchestrator.
Services. Three engagements, all priced up front.
- Fractional Studio Partnership. A senior operator installed part-time in your business — ten to twenty hours a week on the cadence, the systems, and the AI tooling. Starting at $6,000/month, three-month minimum. SMBs and small teams of 10 to 60. I have two openings for May.
- AI Implementation Sprint. Two weeks, fixed scope, $4,500 flat. I audit your workflow, build your three highest-leverage AI automations, and hand off runbooks your team keeps using after the sprint ends.
- Skill & System Builds. A custom Claude skill or Cowork plugin built to your brand voice and tool stack. Starting at $3,500. You own the source files.
Products. BuddySOS is the group safety app I co-founded and ship out of the studio, live on iOS and Android. The RDY VIP Podcast interviews operators from the nightlife and electronic music world. Both are shelves the studio keeps supported, not side projects I stopped touching.
Why now
Fifteen years of building systems for small teams taught me the patterns repeat. The weekly operating rhythm, the bottleneck triage, the KPI dashboards, the AI-assisted workflows that let five people ship the output of fifteen. Those patterns live on my hard drive as templates, runbooks, and working Claude skills. Offering them to other SMBs costs me zero extra hours.
BuddySOS sealed the math. My co-founder and I shipped a consumer app end to end: naming, App Store listings, partner outreach, community seeding, and weekly growth operations. If two of us can run one real product that way, I can run a studio that supports three.
The work I'm selling out of Kingbird is already built. The playbooks come from documents I wrote for myself. The skills are tooling I run every week. The services shelf is fifteen years of patterns I've repeated across a stack of small businesses. I'm packaging what already works, putting a price on it, and showing up.
