I'm Chris. I've spent fifteen years building systems for small teams. Sales pipelines, ops rhythms, reporting dashboards, the working code behind a business that actually keeps humming on Monday morning. That's the work I know cold.

Kingbird is where I put that experience to use on my own terms. I build the automations, Claude skills, and operating systems I wish I'd had at every stage of my career. The ones that work get productized and sold on this site. The ones that don't get killed.

BuddySOS leads the Kingbird portfolio. It's the group safety app we built from a real problem and now grow in market. Everything else on this site, the Claude skills, the playbooks, the studio partnerships, comes from the same bench.
